How to avoid technical support scams
Even though not every unwanted chance can be a scam, you should always be sceptical of offers that you haven't spoken to first. Transferring money using established methods that offer customer service or a way to report fraud is generally a smart idea. And be sure you are speaking privately through only official methods when contacting customer or technical support through chat or email.
TransFi will never call you or use another method of communication to offer you trade returns. Report anyone contacting you with a special offer who claims to be from TransFi straight away.
