I have not heard of TransFi but you charged my card

Your credit/debit card has likely been compromised and used for fraudulent activities such as creating a TransFi account or making a purchase in your name. Unfortunately, as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, we will be unable to cancel or refund the transaction.

To assist with our investigation, we request that you confirm the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card number used for the transaction. You may submit this information by sending us a support request and selecting "Fraud" from the drop-down menus in TransFi.

In the meantime, we strongly advise you to contact your bank and cancel your card immediately to prevent further unauthorized use. We understand the importance of your security and will work diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
