My transaction failed but you still charged me. Will I get a refund?

If your payment failed, you will not have been charged.

If your payment succeeded but the delivery of the cryptocurrency to you has failed, it will be retried until it is successful, usually within 24 hours. If you still have not received your cryptocurrency within 24 hours, please raise a ticket here.
