My ID is expired and I’m waiting for a new one. What can I do?
You must submit an ID that will be valid for at least one month from the date of submission in order to pass our verification process. We will have to cancel your transaction if you are unable to present an ID that complies with this criteria.
Please be aware that temporary IDs like a replacement driver's licence, voter card, national identification number slip, etc. cannot be accepted. Once you have your permanent ID, you can try our verification process.
